Change Management Training

MDS conducts Change Management Training Program that takes participants through the important milestones of managing organizational change.

Jack Welch famously said “Change before you have to”. There couldn’t be a more appropriate advice than this as business reality tells us the only thing constant in the marketplace and business environment is ‘change’. It is common knowledge that by the time we have streamlined an organizational process, we are in for another change. So if change is inevitable, then organizations need to manage change or they will fall behind.

Managing change can often be complex since it involves the two main pillars of organizations, namely people and processes. The goal of change management is to minimize the performance drop that can result if:

  • Business process does not change in keeping with times
  • People do not change
  • Change is ushered in, albeit with a delay
  • Organization does not follow a structured process of transition to reap the benefits of change
